Gain Experiences Till Expertise | Sowjanya Bought Another Property At A Great Offer
Everything seems difficult at first sight, but once you get experience, even the tougher tasks feel like they are easy. That is exactly what happens with investors in the real estate market.
First-time buyers entering the real estate market often sink into a dilemma of the complexity of the market. This complexity they face is a facade and a notation that they lack knowledge of the market and their inaccessibility of proper guidance through the process.
But with experiences, whether good or bad, all add to the buyer’s expertise and knowledge. And an expert emerges.
This theory resonates with Sowjanya’s story. Sowjanya Dandu is a real estate market enthusiast and has been investing in the property market in Sydney. She also had her interests in property development which made her dwell more into the market.
Sowjanya, being an active investor, knew almost every aspect of property buying. She had a brief exposure to the market, and now she has expertise in it. In 2019, Sowjanya happened to meet with Vivek, who was working at Quarter Acre.
Both being in the same field, Sowjanya and Vivek became friends, and Vivek introduced Sowjanya with Quarter Acre and the team. Now Sowjanya was working in association with QA.
When working with QA, Sowjanya had more exposure to the property market. She was learning from the experiences of clients whom QA helped during their property buying process.
As Sowjanya was aware of all the deals taking place in QA, she observed every deal looking for an opportunity. Sooner in time, Sowjanya noticed a deal. A Land Builders was in a little hurry to sell some studio apartments at Wattle, Schofield Gardens and was hosting great offers for the same.
This offer caught Sowjanya’s interest.
A studio apartment is a big single room apartment that comprises the kitchen, bedroom, and living dwelled together in one room. Sowjanya discussed this deal with Vivek. Both Sowjanya and Vivek knew that it was a golden opportunity.
And so Vivek made quick arrangements, and Sowjanya took a loan from a bank and bought the apartment. Sowjanya saved AUD 31000 in this deal.
During her interview, when Rahul asked Sowjanya about her experience with QA and how was it different from other property agents that she had dealt with, Sowjanya said:
“Quarter Acre is not an agent. It is more of a companion who guides you well throughout the buying process. Quarter Acre and the team have a very different approach towards their clients. They believe in educating their clients and not imposing their deals on them.”
Sowjanya went on to say…
“The biggest factor that I liked about QA was their transparency throughout the process. Their team was clear, and they had no hideous intentions about the deal. Everything was happening in front of my eyes and to my knowledge. The trust that QA builds amongst their clients is their asset.”
Vivek and Quarter Acre have helped numerous Sowjanya grab their opportunity to grow and shine. And they continue their work of sharing wisdom with everyone that approaches them.
Sowjanya has rented out this apartment and is generating good returns on her investment. And is looking forward to investing in more properties with QA in the following years.
